What’s your goal? Improve functional strength (STRONG), reduce body fat while increasing lean muscle and fitness (SHRED) or tone up those lagging body parts to achieve a more balanced and toned look (SCULPT). CLICK HERE for more information about our Strong, Shred and Sculpt workouts.

A new 45 minute instructor led workout starts every few minutes combining a daily dose of goal focused cardio, strength and kickbox bag rounds. No fixed class times, just turn up in time to complete your workout during opening hours, check-in on arrival (don’t forget your towel and water bottle) and prepare for an awesome workout!
