Q. WHAT IF ANOTHER COVID RELATED SHUTDOWN OCCURS?
A. All memberships will have the option of being put on hold until we resume business with no loss of membership entitlements.
Q. WHAT IF I GET SICK AND CAN’T ATTEND?
A. Produce a medical certificate stating that you are unable to engage in physical activity of this nature and for how long. Your membership will be suspended or cancelled accordingly.
Q. HOW DO I CANCEL/SUSPEND MY MEMBERSHIP?
A. 30 days written notice is required to cancel membership by completing the request to cancel form, or emailing email@example.com. Members are able to suspend their membership for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks every calendar year after notifying us via email or by completing the website request to suspend form.
Q. ARE THE WORKOUTS INSTRUCTOR LED?
A. Yes! All rounds are coached by professional and experienced instructors. Since we structure our Shred, Sculpt & Strong sessions into rounds that can be started on arrival (rather than fixed class times), we are able to provide a much better trainer to participant ratio than most other fitness providers.
