These sessions incorporate exercises that emphasise using major muscle groups to improve functional strength and power. Key benefits of strength exercises are improvements to bone health, protection from injury to your joints, higher resting metabolic rate, and the freedom to enjoy your sports, recreational activities and beat your kids in an arm wrestle!

STRONG 45 minute workout rounds are available:
  • Tue 4.40pm to 7pm
  • Wed 5am to 10am
  • Friday 4.30pm to 6.30pm
  • Saturday 7am to 10am
  • FULLY COACHED & SUPPORTED
