We achieve this by utilising a mixture of scaled and coached kickboxing and functional fitness high intensity interval training. Our innovative and constantly varied exercises ensure you never get bored and your body never gets a chance to ‘plateau’. Expect to burn 500 to 1000 calories during our SHRED sessions plus lots more after due to the bodies Excess Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) effect we harness.

SHRED 45 minute workout rounds are available:
  • Mon 4.30pm to 7pm
  • Tue 5am to 10am
  • Thur 4.30pm to 7pm
  • Fri 5am to 10am
  • FULLY COACHED & SUPPORTED
