Get ready to take your health and fitness to the next level with our 30 Day Challenge!
Our experienced trainers will support you every step of the way with customised workouts, nutrition guidance, easy to prepare and tasty meal plans and accountability to keep you on track to smash your goals. You will have unlimited access to our state-of-art modern fully equipped functional fitness facility during your challenge.
You will have unmatched exercise variety and customisation along with the most flexible lifestyle geared training schedule available. You need never miss a session with our different, but better approach to training.
TO START WITH, ALL PARTICIPANTS PUT SOME SKIN IN THE GAME WITH A ‘BUY-IN’..
$50 for existing members (who are on a regular weekly payments).
$95 for new members.
$50 of all registrations go into the ‘kitty’ bank to form the grand cash prize.
Those who achieve their nominated goal (see form below) by the end of the 30 days are eligable to go in the draw for the cash prize of whatever the kitty bank ends up with.
Two randomly drawn participant who achieved their nominated goal within the 30 day challenge period will share the kitty bank total prize money.
20 people participate in the 30 day challenge. That will mean there is a kitty amount of $1000. Two randomly drawn participants who achieved their nominated goal will win a cash prize of $500 each!
All successful participants will also go in the draw for additional prize packs 🙂

Download the My Tanita body composition app if you have chosen a body weight/fat goal.

FITNESS GOAL option:
20 unbroken push-ups from toes*
60 unbroken military sit-ups*
Pull-Ups: Over hand grip. Each rep start from dead hang with chin-to-bar pull. Can pause between reps, but not drop from the bar.
Push-Ups: Straight body without excess pike or droop. May pause in hand plank position. Each rep must come down to 8cm cone depth and thighs cannot touch the ground.
