Our experienced trainers will support you every step of the way with 30 DAYS UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP, customised workouts, nutrition guidance, easy to prepare and tasty meal plans and accountability to keep you on track to smash your goals. You will have unlimited access to our state-of-art modern fully equipped functional fitness facility during your challenge.
You will have unmatched exercise variety and customisation along with the most flexible lifestyle geared training schedule available. You need never miss a session with our different, but better approach to training.
TO START WITH, ALL PARTICIPANTS PUT SOME SKIN IN THE GAME WITH A ‘BUY-IN’
$65 for existing members who are on a regular weekly payment plan (automatically deducted).
$95 for new members.

ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL AND WIN CASH!
Those who achieve ANY of the nominated goals (see below) by the end of the 30 day challenge are eligable to go in the draw for the cash prize of whatever the ‘kitty’ bank ends up with.
Gain extra entries in the draw by achieving additional goals from another category!
For example; A 4kg weight loss will give you one entry in the draw, and achieving 5000 MEP’s will gain you an additional entry in the cash prize draw!
$50 of all registrations go into the ‘kitty’ bank to form the grand cash prize.
For example; 30 people participate in the 30 day challenge. That will mean there is a kitty amount of $1500. Two randomly drawn participants who achieved their nominated goal will win a cash prize of $750 each!
All successful participants will also go in the draw for additional prizes including VPA Protein and supplement products, CAFE vouchers and teamwear garments.
You can achieve ANY of the following goals to go in the draw for the ‘kitty’ cash prize:
4% Body Fat Reduction
4kg Weight Loss
A free body scan will need to be done prior to commencement of the challenge to verify starting weight or body fat percentage.
Ages 50 and over: Level 7 female, Level 8 male
Ages 30 to 49: Level 8 female, Level 9 male
Ages under 30: Level 9 female, Level 10 male

8 Bodyweight Inverted bar rows
6 Barbell bench press (Bodyweight)
8 Barbell back squats (Bodyweight)
*All three strength exercises must be completed one after the other in the final week of the challenge. See bottom of page for standards.

An automatic ONE-OFF $65 payment will be deducted from your account.
Download the My Tanita body composition app if you have chosen a body weight/fat goal.
Purchase a myZone heart rate monitor belt and download the app if you are choosing to go for the 5000 MEP’s option.

FITNESS & STRENGTH TEST STANDARDS
Inverted Rows: Over hand grip. Body parallel to ground (feet on box). Each rep start from dead hang under bar with chest-to-bar pull. Can pause between reps, but not touch the ground.
Bench Press: Total bar weight must be equivalent (or more) of your weigh-in bodyweight. You may pause only at the top of each press.
Barbell Back Squat: Total bar weight must be equivalent (or more) of your weigh-in bodyweight. Hips must decend to, or lower than knees for each squat.
Beep test: 20m shuttle test. One foot must be on/break the line at each end. Miss a line twice in a row and the test is over.
